I'm married to Carole Hill Telfair and we have two wonderful daughters -
J. Megan Telfair - born 5/15/73, Westtown class 1991, Haverford 1995. Megan got her Masters in Couseling and Education from Columbia last May and was married last August in CT. She now lives in New Haven with her husband, Steve Cha. Steve is a fellow at Yale Medical school. We have No Grands (YET)!
The other daughter is Caty M. Telfair - born 7/27/75, Westtown class 1993, Macalester 1997. Caty is currently enrolled at the Art Institute of Chicago, getting her Masters in Art History.
I am currently the Director of R&D at IRIDEX Corp. in Mountain View, CA. We make Medical Laser systems for Ophthalmology and Dermatology. It's very interesting to learn new medical laser applications after starting Visx and working in the refractive surgery business for many years. I am still playing soccer and Volleyball.
